Qualifications

• Two or more of the listed technical and language skills are required.
• Experience in global operations and incident response is preferred.
• Able to create and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage alerting and monitoring for production platforms.
• Lead platform incident recovery and runbook updates.
• Deliver new services and standard changes to the platform.
• Improve platform availability and uptime reporting.
• Participate in on-call rota for production incidents.
