Job summary

Amelco Limited is seeking a Platform Engineer to advance our platform team as we scale production infrastructure and developer self-service. You will work across AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to build, automate, and operate robust platform services.

You will balance operational duties with platform development, contributing to a mature, observable, and scalable infrastructure that supports betting and gaming platforms globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Platform/Infrastructure/DevOps roles.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, VPC).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Observability tooling experience (Grafana/Prometheus).
• Scripting in Python or Bash for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS EKS clusters across environments.
• Ensure high availability of core platform services and databases.
• Handle infra requests and support platform needs for dev teams.
• Participate in incident response and resolution.
• Build platform services enabling self-service for ops.
• Create automation scripts and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Implement GitOps workflows with Flux for infra management.
• Develop Terraform modules and AWS patterns.
• Design observability dashboards and alerting systems.
• Document processes and create platform runbooks.
• Establish platform standards for service deployment.
• Contribute to evolving platform capabilities and maturity.
