Job summary

Squarepoint Capital is seeking a Platform Applications Specialist to build and maintain automated platform solutions and services across the firm. You will design, monitor, and scale infrastructure, and automate routine tasks with scripting and configuration management tools.

In a fast-paced DevOps environment in the UK, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, adopt best practices, and continuously learn new technologies to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline.
• Up to 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Experience with Python, git, Bash and Linux.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and develop with us.
