Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a Professional Services Executive to manage onboarding projects for new customers and support configuration, training and testing across implementations. You will deliver high-quality service aligned with project scope and timelines, while maintaining detailed records and coordinating with senior colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with learning new technical systems, and a detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, training or support within a SaaS environment.
• Strong organisational and customer-facing communication skills.
• Confidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently.
• A detail focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through.
• Knowledge of housing or property technology is a plus.
• Exposure to Salesforce or project delivery systems.
• Experience working in a consulting or services team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance.
• Support configuration, training and testing activities across implementations.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project records and status updates.
• Coordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes.
• Provide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed.
