Job summary

Aareon, a European leader in SaaS for the real estate industry, is seeking an Implementation Specialist for its London hybrid team. The role focuses on customer onboarding, workflow development, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from the software solution.

You will work closely with sales, support, professional services and product management to foster long-term customer success and retention in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports customer onboarding from a customer workflow development perspective
• Overseeing a proactive communication channel with key accounts
• Proactively monitoring and driving customer adoption and by ensuring that customers are utilising products in the optimal way
• Laying the foundations for cross-sell and upsell by raising awareness of the broader portfolio amongst the existing customer base
