Job summary

Amplify-Now in London, United Kingdom, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live and into post-implementation hypercare. You will own the project plan, RAID log, and change log, serving as the bridge between the client, the Amplify delivery team, and supporting functions.

This hands-on role manages two to four client deployments at a time, coordinating with Solutions Consultants and internal/external delivery teams to keep projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, ideally in SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise software implementations.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven client-facing delivery experience, managing external stakeholders alongside internal teams.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and different time zones (AU/US/UK).

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Lifecycle: Guide client implementations through kickoff, discovery, configuration, data load, dashboards, training, go-live readiness, and hypercare transition.
• Planning & Governance: Translate signed-off scope into a baselined plan with milestones, owners, and dates; track delivery against the RACI.
• Risk & Change: Maintain RAID log and change log; manage scope through governance.
• Configuration & Dashboards: Coordinate with design lead to manage scope, timelines, and signoffs; catch gaps before reaching the client.
