Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Northampton is seeking Implementation Specialists for a temporary, hybrid role starting in November. You will support customers through software implementations, onboarding, and migrations, ensuring they get the most from our technology.

Typical tasks include guiding customers from onboarding to launch, configuring platforms, delivering training, building relationships, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, software implementation or onboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers and leading meetings or training.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer implementations from onboarding through launch.
• Understanding customer business needs, requirements and workflows.
• Configuring and navigating software platforms to fit requirements.
• Supporting migrations and platform transitions.
• Delivering customer training and ongoing adoption support.
• Leading customer meetings and ensuring implementation plans stay on track.
• Troubleshooting issues with internal teams to find solutions.
• Building relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
