Job summary

Stavtar Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and delivery experience for our clients. You will coordinate a cross-functional team, manage timelines and stakeholder expectations, and ensure go-live aligns with the agreed business value.

You will bridge client discovery with engineering and product, translating requirements into clear specs and maintaining risk- and issue-tracking across multiple concurrent SaaS implementations in fintech environments.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in implementation, professional services, or project delivery within SaaS/fintech.
• Strong project mgmt skills with ability to run multiple concurrent implementations.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria; map processes clearly.
• Technical aptitude in APIs, integrations, data flows, settlements to coordinate with engineering.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, adept at stakeholder management.
• Ability to push back diplomatically and manage scope; startup-speed adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact across onboarding, managing day-to-day comms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and docs for each engagement.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes early.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success for smooth handoffs.
• Track delivery metrics, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
