Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to build new business across the SaaS and technology sector. You’ll own the full sales process from prospecting to close, targeting CTOs and senior IT leaders, with uncapped commission and a clear path to promotion.

Based anywhere in the UK, the role offers a fast-paced, professional environment, remote working, and a strong emphasis on closing deals with 2–6 week sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS or subscription services.
• Proven track record of winning and closing deals.
• Experience selling to medium/large organisations (500+ staff).

Responsibilities

• Own full sales process from prospecting to close.
• Identify technology providers and SaaS vendors and introduce them to our solution.
• Generate a qualified pipeline with booked appointments and revenue growth.
