Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is recruiting for a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager - SaaS. The role is remote and UK-based, offering a base salary of £45,000–£65,000 with uncapped commission and a clear promotion path within 9–12 months.

You will manage the full sales cycle, targeting technology providers and SaaS vendors, to build a strong pipeline and deliver booked appointments with senior IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS, technology or subscription-based services; understand IT world and challenges
• Proven track record in new business sales and closing deals
• Experience selling into medium to large organisations (500+ staff)
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and close
• Identify technology providers and SaaS vendors and introduce them to a scalable solution
• Close opportunities and book appointments with CTOs, senior procurement or IT Directors
