Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to build new business across the SaaS and technology sector. You will own the full sales process from prospecting to close, targeting CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders with a strong emphasis on rapid qualification and closing.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, uncapped commission, and the potential for promotion within 9-12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS, technology or subscription-based services.
• Proven track record in new business sales and closing your own deals.
• Experience selling into medium to large organisations (500+ staff).
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Identify technology providers, vendors, SaaS development organisations with growth plans and introduce them to a scalable solution.
• Aim to secure a minimum of 5 booked appointments with CTOs, senior procurement, IT Directors for enterprise solutions.
