Job summary

Fastly, Inc. is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to help scale its commercial Legal and Contracts Management team. You will manage contract lifecycles (sales, vendor, and partner contracts) and partner with internal teams to enable growth.

The role requires 2–4 years in SaaS or high-growth tech, with experience in Salesforce, Ironclad, and DocuSign. You will draft and review non-complex agreements and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years contract management experience in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience with Salesforce and CLM tools such as Ironclad and DocuSign.
• Ability to draft and review non-complex negotiated agreements.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration & execution from intake through close, using SFDC and CLM tools.
• Support sales cycles during high-volume periods and month/quarter ends.
• Collaborate with Deal Strategy, Revenue Operations and Sales to support terms.
• Review signature requests against policy and playbook guidance.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, and knowledge management.
• Escalate blockers with recommendations; communicate status clearly.
