Job summary

Preservica, a global leader in Active Digital Preservation, seeks a hands-on Commercial Contracts Manager to own contract review, negotiation, administration, and legal operations for its growing SaaS business. You’ll be the first dedicated hire, shaping processes, tooling, templates, and governance, reporting to the CFO.

You will manage contracts end-to-end, negotiate terms with customers and partners, and drive scalable templates and playbooks to support international growth.

Qualifications

• Strong contract review, drafting and redlining skills.
• Experience managing contracts through the full lifecycle.
• Exposure to contract negotiations with customers, suppliers or partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
• Manage contracts from drafting through to signature and filing.
• Advise stakeholders on commercial and contractual risk.
• Build contract management processes, playbooks, and reporting.
• Support UK and US regulatory and contractual research.
• Introduce tools and governance that improve efficiency and visibility.
