Job summary

Fastly seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to scale its commercial Legal and Contracts Management team. You will administer contract lifecycles from intake to execution, working with Salesforce and CLM tools to support a high-volume workload and partner with sales, revenue operations and deal strategy.

You will review requests for signatures, draft non-complex agreements, and help maintain templates and playbooks, ensuring timely communication and escalation of blockers as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other high-growth tech environments.
• Experience handling sales, vendor and partner contracts across global jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and automated CLM tools; familiarity with AI-assisted negotiation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, review, negotiation and execution through CLM systems.
• Support the Sales cycle during peak periods and close cycles.
• Collaborate with quote-to-cash teams to ensure compliant terms and revenue recognition.
• Draft non-complex negotiated agreements following Fastly playbooks.
• Help maintain team documentation, templates and playbooks.
