Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a pragmatic Contract Manager to join our global Legal team. You will own the end‑to‑end contract management for the EMEA and JAPAC regions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating software, services and vendor agreements while aligning with company standards.

You will partner with the Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams, manage a structured contract repository, and provide training and insights to leaders. Hybrid work from Newcastle upon Tyne available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience reviewing, analysing, redlining, editing, drafting and negotiating contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, IT, vendor, service).
• Strong negotiation, drafting and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or other contract management software.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams in a fast‑paced business.
• Own end‑to‑end contract management for EMEA and JAPAC regions, in collaboration with the US team.
• Draft, review, redline, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts and MSAs/NDAs.
• Maintain and prioritise a queue of contracts with efficient workflow.
• Ensure contracts align with company goals and the approval process.
• Oversee the contract management system and digital repository with alerts.
• Explain terms to stakeholders and train teams on standard documents and processes.
• Report on contract analyses and metrics and identify improvements.
