Job summary

Unity5 is seeking a Configuration Specialist to join our Implementation Team in Exeter. You will build, test and deploy tailored Unity5 environments using SQL scripts, APIs and SSO integrations to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

The role involves working with Implementation Consultants to translate business requirements into technical delivery, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced SaaS company serving the parking compliance sector.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and database structures.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Build and configure test and live environments using SQL scripts based on requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Test and approve system builds before release to clients.
• Go-Live & Hypercare: Support customers through go-live, initial queries, adoption reviews and post-launch troubleshooting.
• Technical Problem Solving: Identify, reproduce, and resolve issues during setup and early adoption.
• Process Improvement: Maintain implementation documentation and best-practice workflows to speed deployments.
