Expect a competitive £40,000 base salary plus a £15,000 onboarding guarantee over six months, and an uncapped commission plan with a realistic £120,000 OTE; top performers exceed £200,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong confidence in value-based, consultative selling.
• Ability to engage and sell to Business Owners, Boards of Directors, and HR Managers.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact online demonstrations booked by yourself and your partner.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive activities.
• Generate and attend strategic meetings with introducers and referral partners.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
