Job summary

Highbridge Talent is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their sales team, selling software solutions to auction houses across the UK. The role is home-based with UK-wide travel to deliver demonstrations and attend events. A strong track record in new business sales, including SaaS, is preferred.

Basic salary £35k-£40k with uncapped OTE and £6k car allowance, plus benefits. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, target new markets, and collaborate with marketing to drive lead

Qualifications

Proven experience in new business sales, SaaS or related technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
Sell software solutions to auction houses and related sectors.
Work from home with UK travel for online and face-to-face demonstrations.
Attend auctions, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead generation; self-generate a significant portion of new business.
Manage a pipeline from prospecting to closing; handle orders £10k–£100k.
