Job summary

Simpro Group in Reading is seeking an Account Executive – NCA to own the front door for new business. This full-cycle, net-new hunting role has you building your own book of logos through target research and multi-channel outreach.

You’ll run discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close. A proven hunter with 5+ years in B2B SaaS or field services, Salesforce proficiency, and a business degree are preferred; a driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or field service sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling to trades industries is advantageous.
• Proven hunter who opens new logos and builds a book of business.
• Experience in full cycle selling: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and target ICP; research and pursue net-new logos.
• Prospect via cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and conferences.
• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline at least 3x quota.
• Run full sales cycle from discovery to close and post-close handoff.
