Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group in Oxford is seeking an S/4 P2P Consultant to support, configure, and document Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP. You will work with Senior Consultants to ensure best-practice delivery and high-quality SAP solutions.

You will configure procurement modules, build demo environments, and contribute to knowledge sharing and client evaluation sessions. A national/international travel willingness is expected and the role includes extensive collaboration across teams.

• Extensive SAP MM/Procurement consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one S/4HANA migration or implementation project.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

As an S/4 P2P Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting, configuring, and documenting business process steps within the Procure-to-Pay workstream. You will ensure daily delivery tasks adhere to "best practice" SAP standard processes and support the overall practice goals, working closely with Senior Consultants and Architects to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

• Assist with the day-to-day functional configuration, testing, and debugging of S/4HANA Procurement modules, including purchase requisitions, PO processing, goods receipt, and invoice verification.
• Support the broader presales capability by preparing sample transactional data and maintaining demo environments for Private and Public Cloud SAP solutions.
• Follow standard deployment paths utilizing SAP Activate tools and templates, ensuring all tasks, risks, and transport documents are updated within Cloud ALM.
• Assist in documenting business process mapping activities, utilizing Signavio to understand process flows and executing localized user‑adoption workflows via tools like WalkMe.
• Participate in and contribute content towards internal knowledge‑sharing sessions, practice capability tracking, and system test scenarios.
• Assist in setting up localized system walk‑throughs and preparing user stories for prospective client evaluation sessions.

About You

• Extensive SAP MM/Procurement consulting experience, with exposure to at least one S/4HANA migration or implementation project.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or equivalent is desired.
• A foundational understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology and, ideally, entry‑level certifications in SAP S/4HANA Procurement.
• Basic experience or exposure to system prototyping, building demo test scripts, and data staging.
• Familiarity with process modeling platforms like SAP Signavio and digital adoption tools like WalkMe.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate configuration issues and draft clear functional design documents (FDDs).
• A valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required to support on‑site project testing, Go‑Live preparation, and hypercare support.
