Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking an SAP Capability Lead in the UK to own the direct line management and delivery excellence of our functional consulting team. You will mentor staff, drive strategic alignment, and ensure best-practice SAP solutions are applied across active projects.

You will oversee professional development, orchestrate presales demonstrations, mandate SAP Activate usage, and govern daily process design using SAP Signavio and WalkMe across streams.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting experience with line management of functional teams or solution architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven track record of end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations as Functional Lead.
• Hands-on with SAP Signavio and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
• Excellent communication to bridge technical configuration and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of the functional consulting group, overseeing development, appraisals, and upskilling.
• Lead presales by orchestrating assets to demonstrate SAP Public and Private Cloud solutions.
• Ensure consistent use of SAP Activate frameworks, templates, and Cloud ALM across streams.

About the Role

As the SAP Capability Lead, you will take ownership of the direct line management, enablement, and daily delivery excellence of our functional consulting team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our consultants apply best-practice SAP solutions across active projects, acting as an operationally focused leader who mentors our team and drives strategic alignment.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

• Directly oversee the functional consulting group facilitating professional development, appraisals, and continuous upskilling.
• Drive presales efforts by orchestrating functional assets to build and present standard SAP Public and Private Cloud demonstrations.
• Mandate the consistent use of SAP Activate frameworks, including templates and Cloud ALM, across all functional streams.
• Govern daily business process design, ensuring team members effectively leverage tools such as SAP Signavio and WalkMe.

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical configuration and business requirements.
• A valid passport and the absolute flexibility for national and international travel.
