Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a Head of SAP Capability in the UK, based in Oxford, to build and mentor a SAP-focused practice. You will promote best-practice SAP solutions, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive transformation programs for public and private cloud deployments.

The role requires travel, strong presentation skills, and a strategic mindset to engage senior stakeholders and support sales cycles. A competitive package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting experience and track record of building SAP capability.
• Can-do attitude and strategic mindset.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and constructing statements of work (SOWs).
• A valid passport and flexibility for national/international travel to support presales bids/workshops.
• Dynamic presentation skills translating complex processes into clear, high-value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and Business Transformation Consultants.
• Oversee the presales capability, ensuring architects can configure and demonstrate full Private and Public Cloud SAP solutions to prospective clients.
• Ensure the entire practice stays up to date with the latest SAP offerings by leveraging SAP Activate tools, templates, and Cloud ALM.
• Drive business process mapping and transformation capabilities.
• Regularly design, host, and present educational webinars and interactive workshops detailing our specialised offerings.
• Lead complex solution demonstrations and value-proposition pitches to senior business stakeholders of potential customers.

About the Role

The Head of SAP Capability is a strategic role responsible for building, mentoring, and maintaining the functional, consulting, and business transformation expertise of our practice. You will ensure that we deliver ‘best practice’ SAP solutions using the latest methodologies, acting as a highly articulate leader who can confidently promote our functional capabilities and transformational methodologies to prospective clients and the wider SAP community.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
