Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance consultant to lead Record to Report transformations. You will configure GL, AP/AR, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing, while guiding teams and running client workshops.

You will also support pre-sales demos, use Signavio for process mapping, and deliver finance-focused solution demonstrations to senior stakeholders across multiple sites. Occasional international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• S/4HANA Finance implementations with at least 2 full lifecycles.
• Strong SAP Activate knowledge with related certifications.
• Experience supporting sales with scoping, effort estimates and PoCs.
• Direct exposure to process modeling platforms like Signavio and digital adoption tools like WalkMe.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for project deployment.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As S/4 R2R Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing, configuring, and delivering functional and business transformation expertise within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream. You will ensure that client projects deliver best-practice SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions using standard deployment methodologies, while guiding team members and facilitating client workshops.

• Lead hands‑on configuration of S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Controlling, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Support pre-sales capabilities by configuring standard Private and Public Cloud SAP Finance business processes for client demonstrations.
• Execute project tasks using SAP Activate tools and templates, tracking delivery progress via Cloud ALM.
• Conduct detailed business process mapping and transformation activities leveraging tools like Signavio to capture functional requirements.
• Support internal training, user adoption workshops, and client‑facing walkthroughs showcasing modern R2R system capabilities.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and deep‑ dive functional walkthroughs for mid‑to‑senior finance stakeholders.

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!

• SAP consulting experience, with a heavy focus on SAP FICO/Finance and at least 2 full‑lifecycle implementations of S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP Activate Methodology, with certifications in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or SAP Activate preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams with functional scoping, effort estimations, and system proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs).
• Direct experience or exposure to process modeling platforms like SAP Signavio and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
• Flexibility for national and international travel as required to support project deployment phases, testing cycles, and client alignment sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
