• Strong technical foundation and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical specialist for the RVMs and supporting systems.
• Analyze machine and operational data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and configuration support to internal teams.
• Lead resolution of complex technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for technicians and service teams.
• Support new machine installations from deployment to operation.
