Job summary

WithYou urgently seeks a Group Work Facilitator to deliver diverse, evidence-based group activities across the South Shropshire area, including Ludlow and Bridgnorth. You’ll work autonomously within a supportive team to empower individuals in recovery.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, collaboration with local agencies, and ongoing evaluation of progress, with some Saturday shifts. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group work materials and activities.
• Ability to arrange and facilitate sessions with diverse groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of drug and alcohol-specific courses and psychosocial group-based activities in 1:1 and group settings.
• Deliver accredited training where required.
• Evaluate progress with individuals and develop action plans.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver effective group work interventions.
• Involve people supported in design and evaluation of programmes.
