Chew Medical Practice in rural Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the senior management team. You will lead day-to-day operations, support staff, and coordinate clinical and non-clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires expertise in general practice operations, NHS contracts, QOF, CQRS, and SystmOne, with responsibilities spanning policy implementation, performance reporting and staff development.

Formación

• Proven experience in operations management within a general practice or primary care setting.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Familiarity with NHS contractual processes and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of QOF and CQRS and how they impact practice performance.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations and smooth running of the Practice.
• Coordinate clinical diary management and scheduling.
• Oversee QOF, CQRS, enhanced services and NHS contractual reporting and claims.
• Ensure policies, procedures and contractual requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support vaccination programmes and public health initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation and use of systems such as SystmOne.
