Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in GP Practice management.
• Understanding/ experience in HR processes and dealings.
• Experience in finance/ accounts, planning and organising (some outsourced).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Conscientious, hardworking, flexible, reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in delivering safe and effective patient care.
• Share responsibility for day-to-day running of the practice (Clinical Governance, HR and Business Administration).
• Ensure good communication between all team members.
• Attend meetings and potentially cover administrative duties when needed.
