Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Recovery Worker in Shrewsbury to support clients in identifying goals and creating treatment plans as part of the Reset team. You will be the first point of contact, manage referrals, assess needs, cover staff absence, and respond to queries, delivering high-quality recovery care.

This full-time, fixed-term role runs until March 2028. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with some Saturday work expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or motivation to work in drug and alcohol sector.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised and capable of managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take referrals and conduct assessments for new clients.
• Cover staff absence and answer telephone queries as needed.
• Deliver frontline care and ensure continuity through effective partnership working.
• Manage an active caseload and provide care coordination for clients.
• Work with rough sleepers and vulnerable clients in the Shropshire area.
