Job summary

Lifeways Group in Stafford is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to help adults with mental health needs regain independence and reconnect with the community. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centered support in people’s own homes and community settings to foster recovery and confidence.

The role requires flexibility across early evenings and weekends with training provided, and a supportive environment that values compassion, learning, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people with mental health needs preferred.
• Willingness to learn and communicate clearly.
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities
