Job summary

Big Mamma Group in Birmingham is seeking a passionate Runner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will serve food and drinks, open and close the floor, and help maintain cleanliness and safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Floor team, your mission will be to:

• Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to our guests
• Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
• Support your colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
• Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
• High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Previous experience in hospitality
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
