Job summary

Big Mamma Group in London is seeking a Chef De Partie to lead the hot section and deliver dishes from scratch to our high-volume service. You will train new team members, work closely with Kitchen Management, and uphold our Italian culinary standards with energy and precision.

Your Mission.

As part of the Big Mamma Kitchen team, your mission will be to:

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Big smile and real passion for Italian food.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large and busy section.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and great energy during high volume services.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
