Belden Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our UK team. The Senior Systems Engineer works as a team, along with a Territory/Vertical Account Manager(s) and/or a Partner Account Manager to sell RUCKUS networking solutions through a network of channel partners.
In this role, you will focus on addressing both technical and business challenges by identifying and positioning the most suitable RUCKUS solutions to meet customer needs. You will take ownership of developing and executing territory account plans, leveraging your understanding of business economics, industry trends, and key vertical markets to drive strategic growth. A key part of your responsibilities will involve engaging directly with partners and end customers through technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, enablement sessions, and workshops, ensuring they clearly understand the value of the solutions. You will also support the sales process by providing accurate kit lists and high-level solution designs, while acting as a trusted technical advisor who can effectively differentiate and position RUCKUS in a competitive landscape. Working closely with Territory and Partner Account Managers, you will play an active role in driving revenue, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the achievement of quota goals by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.
This position is remote, but it is expected to involve UK and Ireland travel (particularly in the North of England) around 50% of the time.
