Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of growth and is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. With a unique business model and scale challenges, they need talented problem solvers to address technical hurdles.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience solving problems in a secure, scalable, and maintainable manner.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for the job, and candidates will take a leading role in developing core technologies across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience managing large systems (following SRE principles)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
