Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal stage of its growth and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They seek experienced developers who are excited about building unprecedented solutions. Facing unique business and scaling challenges, they need talented problem solvers to tackle distinctive technical issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in a secure, scalable, and maintainable manner.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatic use of the best tools for each problem, and candidates will take a leading role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience in operating large systems (following an SRE approach)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Previous experience designing, building, and maintaining both frontend and backend applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools would be advantageous

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed throughout the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
