Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal growth stage and is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join the team.

They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They are looking for experienced developers who are excited about building unprecedented solutions. Facing unique business and technical scale challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle distinctive technical problems.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in a secure, scalable, and maintainable manner.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

They adopt a pragmatic approach, using the best tools for each problem, and candidates will be expected to lead in building out core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience in operating large systems (following an SRE approach)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining applications for both frontend and backend
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools would be advantageous

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
