Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead - RTR (Record to Report) to own global RTR transformation. The role leads strategy, design, and transformation of end-to-end RTR processes, leveraging AI and operating model changes to enable continuous improvement.

The position requires collaboration with Finance, Business, and Technology teams to drive process standardisation, financial control, and ERP-enabled transformation initiatives, with a hybrid location in the UK.

Qualifications

Experience in RTR, financial accounting, shared services or finance transformation.
Knowledge of GL, financial close, intercompany accounting and financial reporting.
Experience designing finance process improvements and transformation initiatives.
Experience with large-scale global transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of end-to-end RTR processes including GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Reconciliations.
Drive standardisation, automation and simplification across finance operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into process and system solutions.
Support ERP and finance transformation programmes including SAP S/4HANA.
Lead workshops, design sessions, testing and user adoption activities.
