Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Finance Transformation Specialist to join the Finance team and lead process improvement, automation and systems change across UK Finance. You will collaborate with Technology, Data, HR and Operations to simplify workflows and adopt new tools, including AI.

You’ll deliver defined work packages, map processes, pilot RPA/AI, and support finance systems implementation in a fast-growing UK organisation.

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement qualification.
Led or contributed to at least one finance process mapping and redesign project with measurable outcomes.
Working knowledge of finance processes such as P2P, O2C, record-to-report or reporting.

Responsibilities

Delivery and tracking: Manage defined work packages, plans, roadmaps and backlogs; report progress, risks and benefits.
Process improvement and automation: Map current-state processes, design faster processes and pilot RPA/AI tools.
Programme support: Act as the day-to-day link between Finance and Technology, Data, HR and Operations.
Finance systems: Identify underused systems and support adoption of new planning, reporting and analytics tools.
Change and communications: Support testing, training and adoption tracking for changes.
Finance partnering: Work with Controlling, Financial Accounting, Reporting and Operations to shape fixes.
