Citadel Source are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a high-calibre Global Finance Process Lead (RTR). This is an opportunity to own the global Record-to-Report process and lead the strategic evolution of finance operations across an international business undergoing significant transformation. Working with senior finance leaders, global stakeholders, and shared service partners, you will drive standardisation, automation, and process excellence across a complex environment. The role combines strategic influence with hands‑on delivery in a respected market‑leading business committed to continuous improvement.

You will be motivated by building streamlined, scalable finance processes and using technology and automation to improve performance, controls, and stakeholder experience.
