Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a Consultant to help redesign Record-to-Report and related finance processes within Finance Reinvention Partner. You will work with CFOs and finance leaders to map current processes and design improvements across R2R, P2P, and O2C, enabling better performance, controls and value capture.

The role emphasizes operating-model transformation, data fluency, and automation for scalable, compliant finance services across groups and external providers, while maintaining fiduciary

Qualifications

• Finance process expertise across R2R/P2P/O2C, FP&A or related areas.
• 4+ years in controllership, finance transformation, GBS/GCC, ERP-enabled change or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assess current R2R/RTR, P2P/PTP, O2C/OTC operating model across groups and identify root causes of pain.
• Support development of the target for at least one module and governance options.
• Develop detailed operating-model deliverables covering scope, roles, controls, capacity and interfaces.
• Assess implications of standardisation, automation and AI for the future operating model.
• Translate operating-model decisions into ERP, close and reconciliation requirements for tech and data.
• Contribute to governance design, RACIs, SLAs, OLAs and continuous-improvement routines.
• Produce client-ready deliverables and support focused workshops with stakeholders.
