Job summary

IN2 Consult seeks a Senior Global R2R Process Owner to take strategic ownership of end-to-end Record to Report across the Group. The role spans global governance, standardisation and continuous improvement in finance processes, controls and reporting.

You will lead ERP optimisation, automation initiatives and set KPIs, partnering with Shared Services and technology teams to deliver a scalable, digitally enabled finance operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance with global process ownership or transformation experience.
• Proven ability to design, standardise and implement end-to-end R2R in multi-entity organisations.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global R2R strategy, operating model and governance.
• Drive standardisation across geographies and entities.
• Oversee global close, balancing speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Establish group-wide accounting policies and controls.
• Lead multi-year R2R transformation roadmaps with ERP and automation.
• Drive automation, AI and analytics to improve R2R performance.
• Define KPIs, SLAs and measure performance with data insights.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to improve service quality and cost.
