Job summary

Ubisense Limited is seeking a Support Analyst to ensure continuity, stability, and quality of service for customer installations of Ubisense RTLS and smart factory systems. You will provide front-line technical support, incident management, software maintenance coordination, and proactive monitoring for deployments at major customers.

The role requires strong IT support background, familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, log analysis, and diagnostic tooling, with on-call rotation across Europe

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support for production-critical or industrial systems.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments, networks and remote access tools.
• Experience analysing logs and traces from complex systems.
• Knowledge of SQL or data inspection tools is desirable.
• Ability to use diagnostic utilities and command-line tools.
• Understanding of distributed systems or middleware is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support of Ubisense hardware, software and systems to customers.
• Participate in on-call rota to support customers in Europe and the US.
• Plan, set up and maintain customer SmartSpace instances on premise and in the cloud.
• Troubleshoot and analyse diverse problem reports; log incidents in ticketing systems.
• Provide remote diagnostic support to restore production quickly.
• Create reproducible issue reports for 3rd-level support and assist root cause analysis.
