Job summary

URBN UK Limited is seeking a Tech Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support at the Peterborough Fulfilment Centre. You will own incidents end-to-end and troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, hardware, networking and cloud platforms.

You will work with UK/EU and US IT teams to maintain service levels. Responsibilities include supporting M365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace, device provisioning and access management, and contributing to continuous

Proven experience in IT support or second-line/technical operations.
Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, hardware, networking and cloud environments.
Experience supporting M365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Own incidents end-to-end with thorough investigation and timely resolution.
Provide advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, hardware, networking, and cloud platforms.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune and Google Workspace, device provisioning and access management.
Coordinate with vendors and IT teams across regions and offices.
Document troubleshoot steps, root causes and improvements.
Support deployments and infrastructure changes at the Peterborough Fulfilment Centre and remote sites.
