Job summary

Ubisense Group is seeking a Support Analyst to ensure continuity, stability, and quality of service for customer installations of Ubisense RTLS. You will perform front‑line technical support, incident management, software maintenance coordination, and proactive system monitoring for real‑time location and smart factory systems at major customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or production-critical environments.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and network components.
• Ability to analyse logs, traces and structured data.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for Ubisense RTLS deployments.
• Participate in on-call rota to support Europe and the US.
• Plan, setup and maintain customer instances on premise and in the cloud.
• Log, diagnose and report incidents with detailed issue reports.
• Maintain operational documentation and SLA adherence.
