Job summary

Realm Recruit is partnering with a growing Manchester law firm to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least 2 years' PI experience. The role offers the chance to retrain into Employers' Liability and Public Liability, with hybrid working and a supportive, award-winning culture.

You'll manage about 130 files across EL, PL, OL and some RTA, progressing matters from instruction to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of approximately 130 Personal Injury files (EL/PL/OL, some RTA)
• Handling EL, PL, OL and some RTA claims
• Investigating liability and quantum
• Reviewing medical evidence
• Preparing schedules of loss
• Negotiating settlements with insurers
• Progressing litigated and non-litigated matters
• Liaising with clients, experts and third parties
• Delivering empathetic, high-quality client care
• Developing expertise in EL/PL claims

Are you an RTA Solicitor looking to broaden your experience and move into Employers' Liability and Public Liability work?

This growing Manchester law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least 2 years' experience to join its friendly team.

While EL/PL experience is welcomed, the firm is open to RTA lawyers looking to retrain and develop their expertise in other areas of Personal Injury.

You'll manage approximately 130 files covering EL, PL, Occupiers' Liability and some RTA matters, handling claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
