Realm Recruit Ltd. is recruiting for a Personal Injury role in Manchester. Open to RTA lawyers retraining into EL/PL, with hybrid working and a supportive, family-feel team. Manage around 130 Personal Injury files, progressing claims from instruction to settlement or trial.
You will join a growing department with opportunities to handle EL/PL, diverse liability issues and potential progression into higher-value matters. Salary £40,000-£45,000 with discretionary bonus.
Are you an RTA Solicitor looking to broaden your experience and move into Employers' Liability and Public Liability work?
This growing Manchester law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least 2 years experience to join its friendly team.
While EL/PL experience is welcomed, the firm is open to RTA lawyers looking to retrain and develop their expertise in other areas of Personal Injury.
You will manage approximately 130 files covering EL, PL, Occupiers' Liability and some RTA matters, handling claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
This newly created role follows continued business growth and a recently secured contract. You will join a supportive, family-feel firm that has won three workplace and team awards in the last nine months.
With flexible working, experienced colleagues and opportunities to progress into complex multi-track and serious injury work, it is an excellent platform for your next career move.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RTA Solicitor who wants to develop new skills without starting their career again, or an experienced EL/PL lawyer seeking a more supportive environment.
If you're looking for varied work, genuine flexibility and a firm that values its people, this could be your ideal next move.
