Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced RTA Lawyer to join its Manchester team, handling Fast Track RTA claims and exposure to Multi Track matters within a leading Personal Injury practice.

You’ll manage pre-issue and litigated matters, progressing cases through portal to trial, drafting pleadings and witness statements, and advising clients on litigation strategy. A strong billing record and CPR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing litigated RTA claims from start to finish.
• Strong Fast Track RTA litigation experience.
• Experience handling portal claims.
• Proven billing track record.
• Sound knowledge of CPR and relevant case law.
• Experience progressing cases through applications, challenges and trial.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Tenacious, driven and commercially aware.
• Excellent client care and communication.
• Comfortable working towards targets.
• Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE or CILEX qualification – experienced non-qualified lawyers considered.
• Proclaim case management experience.

Are you an experienced RTA Lawyer looking for quality litigation, strong earning potential and the chance to develop within a nationally recognised Personal Injury practice?

This leading Manchester firm is looking for an RTA Lawyer to join its established department.

You’ll manage predominantly Fast Track RTA claims, handling pre-issue and litigated matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. You’ll also gain exposure to Multi Track cases from high-quality, non-CMC sources.

Salary & Benefits

• £35,000–£55,000, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on every successful case
• Hybrid working – typically 50/50 home and office after probation
