Job summary

Realm Recruit Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced RTA Lawyer to manage Fast Track RTA claims and litigated matters from start to finish, with exposure to Multi Track when possible.

You will work within a nationally recognised Personal Injury practice, benefiting from excellent training and clear career development, plus hybrid working and uncapped commission on every successful case.

Qualifications

• Experience managing litigated RTA claims from start to finish.
• Strong Fast Track RTA litigation experience.
• Experience handling portal claims.
• Proven billing track record in litigation.
• Sound knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law.
• Experience progressing cases through applications, challenges and trial.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Tenacious, driven and commercially aware.
• Excellent client care and communication.
• Comfortable working towards targets.
• Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE or CILEX qualification – experienced non-qualified lawyers considered.
• Proclaim case management experience.

Are you an experienced RTA Lawyer looking for quality litigation, strong earning potential and the chance to develop within a nationally recognised Personal Injury practice?

This leading Manchester firm is looking for an RTA Lawyer to join its established department.

You’ll manage predominantly Fast Track RTA claims, handling pre-issue and litigated matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. You’ll also gain exposure to Multi Track cases from high-quality, non-CMC sources.

• £35,000–£55,000, depending on experience
