Realm Recruit Ltd. is seeking an experienced EL/PL Fee Earner in Manchester to inherit an established caseload. You will handle 100–125 pre and post-litigated EL/PL matters, in a collaborative Personal Injury team with hybrid working (2 days per week in the Manchester office).

The firm has grown significantly, turnover over £10 million, and offers a supportive culture with accessible leadership. Reporting to the EL/PL Team Lead, you’ll manage files autonomously within a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with EL/PL experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ PQE or CILEX equivalent.
• Strong EL/PL and pre/post-litigation experience.
• Able to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent attention to detail and client care.
• Ideally 8–10 years’ PQE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100–125 EL/PL files and oversee pre/post-litigation matters.
• Work to court deadlines and monitor limitation dates.
• Issue court proceedings and draft witness statements.
• Prepare letters of instruction and review medical reports.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with insurers.
• Maintain regular client contact and manage diary/case system.
• Collaborate with Team Lead in a growing Personal Injury practice.

Are you an experienced EL/PL Fee Earner looking for quality work, autonomy and the security of joining a Personal Injury practice on a strong growth trajectory?

This growing Manchester firm is looking for an EL/PL Fee Earner to join its established Personal Injury team in Manchester. You’ll inherit an existing caseload and take responsibility for approximately 100–125 pre and post-litigated EL/PL matters.

The firm has experienced significant growth over recent years, with turnover now exceeding £10 million and increasing by around 30%. Despite that growth, it has retained a close-knit, family feel, with an accessible leadership team and genuinely open-door culture.

Reporting to the EL/PL Team Lead, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your files while working as part of an experienced and collaborative wider team.

Who we’re looking for
