Job summary

W3Global in Bradford is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or an aspiring Trainee Solicitor to join our personal injury team and handle MOJ Portal cases and credit hire matters.

You will manage a busy caseload through the MOJ Portal, progress through litigation, draft witness statements, negotiate settlements, and contribute to business development within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years PQE in RTA Litigation or Personal Injury.
• Proven experience handling litigated RTA files.
• Strong knowledge of CPR, MOJ Portal and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of RTA and Personal Injury claims, including credit hire.
• Handle Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigated cases.
• Draft and prepare witness statements.
• Conduct settlement negotiations.
• Progress claims through litigation including issued proceedings.
• Support Head of Department and participate in BD initiatives.
• Build and maintain a litigation-focused client base.
• Ensure files progress in line with SRA and CPR requirements.

RTA Litigation Solicitor / Trainee Solicitor (Training Contract Available) - Personal Injury / MOJ Portal / Credit Hire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RTA Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) or an aspiring Trainee Solicitor to join us, a growing personal injury specialist law firm with an excellent reputation in the market.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a motivated legal professional to join our litigation team handling a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, many of which are litigated and involve issued proceedings.

This role is ideal for an experienced RTA Solicitor seeking to progress their career, but we are also keen to hear from aspiring trainee solicitors looking to secure a Training Contract and build a career in Personal Injury and RTA Litigation. A Training Contract will be offered to the right candidate.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Personal Injury and RTA litigation files, typically received once they exit the MOJ Portal, progressing them through the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of RTA and Personal Injury claims, including credit hire matters
• Handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigated cases
• Drafting and preparing witness statements
• Conducting settlement negotiations
• Progressing claims through the litigation process including issued proceedings
• Assisting and supporting the Head of Department
• Participating in business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining a litigation-focused client base
• Ensuring files are progressed efficiently in line with SRA and CPR requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to manage files and progress claims efficiently
• A Training Contract may be offered to the right candidate
