We are currently seeking an experienced lawyer to join our RTA department. The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years’ PQE or be CILEX qualified, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. We place greater value on tenacity, ability, and enthusiasm than on formal qualifications.
The role involves managing your own caseload of predominantly pre‑ and post‑issue Fast Track RTA cases.
You will handle a cradle‑to‑grave caseload, dealing with all stages from portal to trial. As such, you must be a confident litigator with a strong understanding of the litigation process. While the caseload will primarily consist of Fast Track matters, there will also be some exposure to Multi Track cases from high‑quality, non‑CMC sources.
We offer a generous commission structure in which all lawyers receive a percentage of every successful case. There are no thresholds or caps, meaning you are directly rewarded for the outcomes you achieve.
Salary dependent on experience, along with a very generous commission scheme, paid monthly in arrears.
Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
